Frequently Asked Questions

I work with children as young as age 3, as well as school-age children, teens, and adults. Each session is tailored to meet the developmental and emotional needs of the individual.

I provide therapy for anxiety, depression, trauma, behavioral issues, ADHD, grief, academic stress, parenting challenges, and family conflict. I also work with families navigating separation and divorce.

I typically involve both parents unless doing so would be emotionally or physically harmful to the child.

While I protect the child’s confidentiality in therapy, I may share information with both parents when it serves the child’s best interest. I use professional judgment to determine what can be shared and what should remain private to protect the therapy process.

• Standard therapy sessions: $125 per 50-minute session

I am a private-pay provider and do not bill insurance. However, I can provide a superbill (invoice) you may submit for possible out-of-network reimbursement.

Each parent must submit a payment form. Invoices are sent to one parent, as agreed upon during intake.

I require at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations. Exceptions may be made for illness or emergencies. Missed appointments without proper notice may be charged at the full session rate.

To respect your privacy, I will not approach or acknowledge you in public. You are always welcome to initiate contact if you feel comfortable, but I will not initiate interaction.
