My individual counseling services are designed to help you overcome personal challenges and achieve your goals. Our licensed counselors provide a supportive and non-judgmental environment where you can explore your thoughts and feelings, gain insights into your behavior, and develop strategies for positive change.
My family counseling services are designed to help families overcome challenges related to communication, conflict, and other issues. Our licensed therapists work with families to identify strengths and weaknesses, improve communication and problem-solving skills, and develop a stronger sense of cohesion and support.
The goal of reunification therapy is to restore a relationship between a parent and child who are estranged and not participating in scheduled parent-time. Reunification is not a health care service; it is not a treatable diagnosable condition and cannot be billed to insurance. The purpose of reunification therapy is to discuss and resolve the conflict or dispute that underlies the estrangement so that regular visits and a healthy parent-child relationship can be reached.
Reunification therapy can have benefits and risks. Estrangement is a form of avoidance and reunification requires the resolution of problems without avoidance. It requires meeting face to face and conflicts being brought out in the open. Reunification therapy can be emotional and uncomfortable for all involved. The consequences for allowing parental estrangements to persist are well documented in research and include a loss of family and emotional support, the loss of financial support, and the development of relationship skills that are associated with poor adult relationship functioning. Successful parent child reunification works to restore and improve the relationship and resolve the issues associated with the estrangement.
Court-ordered therapy services are offered in a respectful, confidential setting that meets legal requirements and therapeutic goals. Whether mandated due to custody arrangements, reunification, or other legal circumstances, we provide thorough assessment, clear documentation, and focused treatment plans. Our aim is to support individuals and families in navigating difficult transitions and meeting court directives in a productive way.
I provide compassionate, evidence-based care for individuals who have experienced trauma. Whether the trauma is recent or from the past, our goal is to create a safe and supportive environment where healing can begin. Using approaches like trauma-informed cognitive behavioral therapy and play-based methods for children, we work to process painful experiences, reduce symptoms of PTSD, and restore a sense of safety and control.
Modern life presents stressors at every turn. Our stress management therapy helps individuals identify stress triggers, understand their physical and emotional responses, and implement effective coping strategies. We focus on practical tools such as mindfulness, time management, and relaxation techniques to reduce stress and enhance daily functioning.
Depression affects people of all ages and can interfere with daily functioning, relationships, and self-esteem. We provide a supportive space for clients to express their feelings and learn strategies for managing mood, overcoming negative thinking, and restoring motivation. Therapy focuses on identifying underlying causes of depression and building coping skills to promote long-term emotional well-being.Describe Depression

My services for individuals with Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and impulsivity-related challenges focus on developing practical tools for attention, organization, and emotional regulation. We help children, teens, and adults manage impulsive behaviors, improve focus and executive functioning, and foster strategies for success at home, school, and work. Parent education and support are also key components of our approach.Describe
Behavior challenges in children and teens can be stressful for the entire family. I work closely with young clients and their caregivers to identify the root causes of disruptive behavior, teach emotional regulation and coping skills, and implement positive behavior strategies. My approach often includes collaboration with schools and other providers to ensure consistency and support across environments.
Therapy for school-related anxiety, underperformance, or fear of failure. We build coping skills and confidence to reduce pressure and improve performance.
Children often struggle silently during separation or divorce. Therapy helps them process emotions, feel secure, and communicate with parents effectively during this change.
I provide support for resolving frequent arguments or breakdowns in communication between caregivers and children. The goal is to strengthen connection, reduce power struggles, and create a more peaceful home dynamic.
